Empezó con 17 células y 139 miembros en Febrero del 2005 con los Discipuladores; Libano Gamarra con 4 células, Liliana Olivares con 4 células, Toribia Achulli con 4 células y el Obrero Luis Enrique Mendoza y su esposa Eulogia Solis con 5 células quienes además se hacen cargo de la Red

Para el año 2006 se consagra como Pastor al Obrero Luis enrique Mendoza en la red Vencedores que creció en 144 miembros en 30 células teniendo como discipualdores a; Libano Gamarra con 6 células, Liliana Olivares con 7 células, Toribia Achulli con 6 células y José Antonio Vargas con 13 células.

Para empezar el año 2007 la red Vencedores tiene 283 miembros con 32 células. Y para este año la red Vencedores levanta 2 Obreros que son Obr. Libano Gamarra y Obr. José Antonio Vargas.

Para el año 2008 la red Vencedores tiene 593 miembros y 58 células y se multiplica en 3 redes que son Red Sabaoth, Red Rey de Reyes y la Red Vencedores.

La Red Vencedores queda con los siguientes discipuladores: Lucia Alzamora, Toribia achulli, Joans Chávez y actualmente también esta en el equipo de trabajo el discipulador Victor Galarreta.

Para el mes de Julio, La red Vencedores tiene 24 células con 208 miembros.

El lema de la red es “Pescadores de vidas”
